UAB "Dotnuva Seeds" (hereinafter - Dotnuva Seeds), legal entity code: 306313873, registered office address: Tilto st. 2C, Dotnuva LT-58373, Kėdainiai district, e-mail mailing address: [email protected], is part of the AB Akola group of companies and the manager of your personal data. 

In some of the following cases, Dotnuva Seeds may be a joint controller of your personal data with other company(s) of the AB Akola Group.

3. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data is any information collected about a data subject by Dotnuva Seeds, which may be used for identifying the data subject. Personal data includes any information, including the data subject’s full name, surname, address, IP address, etc.

The Dotnuva Seeds process your personal data for the following purpose. 

4.1. Communication with customers

• If you agree (subscribe to the newsletter, tick the box when signing the contract), Dotnuva Seeds processes the following personal data for the purpose of direct marketing: name, surname, email address, telephone number. These personal data are processed based on your consent and stored for 3 (three) years after consent. Each time a direct marketing message is sent, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of direct marketing messages by email or other specified means. If you have not given your consent to direct marketing, but you are a customer of Dotnuva Seeds (you have purchased our goods or ordered our services in the last two years) on the basis of a legitimate interest in marketing (Article 69 of the Electronic Communications Act), Dotnuva Seeds may send you offers or newsletters for similar goods or services. For this purpose, Dotnuva Seeds processes the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number. This personal data is processed for 2 (two) years (5 (five) years if you have purchased machinery) from the date of purchase of goods or services. Each time we send you an offer, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of direct marketing communications by email or other specified means.

4.2. Contracts administration

• Kliento galimybių įvykdyti sutartį įvertinimo tikslu Dotnuva Seeds tvarko šiuos asmens duomenis: vardą, pavardę, asmens kodą, deklaruotos ir faktinės gyvenamosios vietos adresus, deklaruotos gyvenamosios vietos datą, telefono numerį, asmens dokumento duomenis (numerį, išdavimo datą ir kt.), informaciją apie turimą kilnojamą ir nekilnojamą turtą, nekilnojamo turto registro duomenis, informaciją iš turto arešto ir hipotekos registrų, kredito reitingą ir atsiskaitymų istoriją. Šie asmens duomenys yra tvarkomi sutarties vykdymo pagrindu. Duomenys, kurie yra nereikalingi sutarties sudarymui, yra sunaikinami atlikus vertinimą, o kiti asmens duomenys saugomi 10 (dešimt) metų po sutarties sudarymo. Dotnuva Seeds vertinant klientų galimybes įvykdyti sutartis renka ne visus nurodomus duomenis, renkamų asmens duomenų kiekis priklauso nuo sutarties formos ir pasirinkto atsiskaitymo formos (mokama iš karto ar su atidėjimu ir kita). • Pirkimo, pardavimo, paslaugų teikimo sutarčių sudarymo ir vykdymo tikslu Dotnuva Seeds tvarko šiuos asmens duomenis: vardas, pavardė, asmens kodas, asmens dokumento duomenys, el. pašto adresas, gyvenamosios vietos adresas, telefono numeris, šeimyninė padėtis, banko sąskaitos numeris, PVM mokėtojo kodas, žemės sklypų dokumentų duomenys, ūkininko pažymėjimo numeris, įregistruotų pašarų ūkio subjektų sąrašo numeris, sudarytų sandorių ir jų vykdymo duomenys. Šie asmens duomenys yra tvarkomi sutarties sudarymo ir vykdymo pagrindu ir saugomi 10 (dešimt) metų po sutarties galiojimo pabaigos. • Mokėjimų atidėjimų klientams suteikimo tikslu Dotnuva Seeds tvarko šiuos asmens duomenis: vardą, pavardę, banko sąskaitos numerį, mokėjimų grafiką. Šie asmens duomenys yra tvarkomi sutarties vykdymo pagrindu ir saugomi 10 (dešimt) metų po sutarties galiojimo pabaigos. • Skolų administravimo tikslu Dotnuva Seeds tvarko šiuos asmens duomenis: vardą, pavardę, adresą, gimimo datą, įsiskolinimų sumą ir aplinkybes. Šie asmens duomenys tvarkomi teisėto intereso užtikrinti sutarčių vykdymą pagrindu bei yra saugomi 10 (dešimt) metų po sutarties įvykdymo/galiojimo pabaigos. 4.3. Customer request administration

For the purpose of administering requests for goods and services on the Website, Dotnuva Seeds processes the following personal data: name, e-mail, information provided in the request. This personal data is processed based on a legitimate interest to communicate with customers and stored for 1 (one) year from the request's solution. 

4.4. When Dotnuva Seeds carries out video surveillance 

For the purpose of ensuring the security of persons and property (video surveillance), Dotnuva Seeds processes the following personal data: images of objects in the field of view, including images of people, their location and movement through areas covered by cameras, belongings carried, behavior and other related information (date and time). This data will be kept for 14 (fourteen) days. Data subjects are informed about the places where video surveillance is carried out in the area of Dotnuva Seeds by means of warning signs. 

4.5. Recording of telephone conversations

For the purpose of ensuring the quality of provided services (recording of telephone conversations) Dotnuva Seeds processes the following personal data: information provided during the call (name, surname, order number, etc.). This personal data is processed based on a legitimate interest in ensuring the quality of services provided and avoiding incidents and is stored for 6 (six) months after the phone call. 

4.6. Recruitment

In the selection of candidates for vacancies Dotnuva Seeds processes the following personal data: name, surname, education, work experience and other information provided by the person in his/her CV and motivation letter. This personal data is processed for the legitimate interest of the candidate's selection and based on your consent and is stored for 3 (three) months from the date of employment. 

If you are not selected for further selection, the CV shall be stored only with your separate consent and, in the absence of consent, shall be destroyed within 1 (one) month of the end of the selection process.

4.7. Verification of compliance with international sanctions and restrictive measures

Due diligence on business partners requires the completion of a Business Partner Familiarisation Questionnaire and Business Partner Declaration. For this purpose, Dotnuva Seeds processes the following personal data: for the person acting on behalf of the business partner: name, surname, position, signature, for the representative of the legal entity: name, surname, date of birth, nationality, residential address, telephone number, e-mail address, address of the business partner. the name, surname, nationality, date of birth, the name, surname, date of birth, size of the shares, the name, surname, date of birth, nationality, percentage of ownership, and the personal data contained in the copies of the documents requested. In addition, information on the Data Subjects included in the verification is collected from publicly available information sources, including but not limited to public registers, public media and other sources. 

The personal data referred to above is processed on the basis of legitimate interest for the purpose of getting to know our partners and is retained for a period of at least 5 (five) calendar years from the end of the verification exercise. 

For the processing of personal data Dotnuva Seeds has used the data processing tool of the Data Processor UAB "iDenfy" (legal entity code 304617621, address Gričiupio g. 7-212, LT-51372 Kaunas). 

4.8. In the implementation of statutory obligations related to the organisation of activities

In order to ensure the proper implementation of obligations, Dotnuva Seeds processes the following personal data of shareholders, members of the management body, final beneficiaries and other interested persons: name, surname, personal identification number, place of residence, date of election, copy of the final beneficiary's passport, information on the participation of the permanent beneficiary and his/her close relatives in the political activity, personal data contained in the decisions of the Board of Directors and the General Shareholders' Meeting, protocols and authorisations. Personal data are processed in the exercise of a legal obligation or legitimate interest and, in individual cases, on the basis of consent. 

Personal data processed for this purpose shall be kept for the time prescribed by law. 

4.9. For the implementation of statutory obligations related to the detection of infringements and sustainability

Ensuring adequate protection of whistleblowers, prevention of corruption, implementation of equal opportunities, protection of human rights, and other sustainability factors Dotnuva Seeds processes the following personal data of the persons concerned: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, content of the notification or other informative text, evidence of the infringement you have provided: video and/or sound recordings, photo, screenshot, communication or other. Personal data is processed in order to comply with a legal obligation or legitimate interest.

Personal data processed for this purpose shall be kept for the time prescribed by law.
